Summer BBQ!

My uncle Glenn had one of his great BBQ's yesterday! It is always so much fun to get together with family and the weather was so nice! They set up Horseshoes, Goofy Golf and Volleyball! We had lots of nummy food from everyone and my mom brought stuff for snow cones and even some home-made ice cream! Jase loved running around on the grass and he even got a visit from the horsey next door that came right up to the fence to see him! He was so excited!

Zach & Aubrey come over every Tuesday and sometimes Thursday or Friday as well while Kim goes to work or to the Dr. Jase is just in love with his two cousins! He gets so excited every time he sees them and follows them every where! Here are just a few pics of them together! (Don't worry-I took the shoe out of his mouth after I took the picture!)

I was having a very yucky day today and my poor husband felt so bad (though none of it was his fault!). A couple of hours later I heard a knock on my door and went upstairs to find a man standing on the porch with this beautiful vase full of flowers! The note read "I love you! Love, your Hunna". Awe! My husband actually is thoughtful enough to buy me flowers just because I'm not feeling too great (yes, it was his own idea! He didn't get hints from anyone)! Thanks Hunna! I love you too :>

Happy Daddy's Day!

Dear Daddy, I love you so much! It is so fun when you throw me into the air and catch me! I like it when you let me help you play computer games! I like watching movies with you too (even tho mommy doesn't usually like your choices!). I like when you read me stories when you don't think Mommy is listening! You are also my favorite word "Dad Dad Dad Dad Dad"! You are the bestest daddy in the world! Happy day to you! Love Jase :>

It's about time!

I am finally getting my own Scrapbooking business going! I am so excited! I will be starting with making "Memory Calendars". I have been making these for years and always have made them for family and friends and they all enjoy them so I have decided to share it with everyone else! I am in the process of getting it all set up and going (with my website and who I will do my printing through) but I am stuck on what I should name my wonderful business! It does not necessarily have to have the words "calendar" or "scraps" in it b/c I may eventually want to add different types of Scrapbooking needs so really anything will do! I have created a poll for you guys to help me decide on a name! I might create another poll once it gets narrowed down so give me your advise! I am also open to new suggestions! Thanks everyone!!

BBQ Fun!

Our great friends, Justin & Chelsea were in town this past weekend with their two very handsome boys, Jacob & Matthew! We had a BBQ at our friend's, Jeff & Jenn's house. It was lots of fun to get to spend some time with them! Hopefully they'll be moving home someday soon! Love you guys!

I just got back the cd from our photo shoot on May 13th for Jase's 1 year pics. They are so cute! I'm so happy at how they turned out! We got a lot of great ones!

HaPpY 3 year AnNiVeRsArY!

Matthew and I celebrated our 3 year anniversary on Wednesday, 6/4! We both had the day off of work. We took Jase to Kim's and then went to Olive Garden for lunch. Mmmm! After that, we went to the mall and bought some new clothes-Matthew had some bday money to spend. We wanted to go mini-golfing but it was too rainy so we just went home and Matthew played on the computer while I put the last touches on our wedding albums! Yes-after 3 years-it is finally completed and in 3 albums no less! I love how it turned out! We took a 20 minute nap with Harley and then went to dinner at Bonsai! It's our favorite! Then we went and picked Jase up and went home to bed. It was a nice, relaxing day!

My baby's getting so big!

Last week Matthew noticed that Jase was getting more teeth-once again, I didn't believe him, then my mom said something. Sure enough-he's getting his 2 top middle teeth now! We also went swinging at the park. He did not like swinging by himself but when I sat him in his lap he loved it and kept saying Wheeeeeee! We played outside the other day. Jase played with some tennis balls and his lawn mower and Harley and I blew bubbles! Saturday, I let Jase take hold of the spoon and he fed himself! He did a pretty good job! I had to help him at first with putting the food on the spoon and getting it in his mouth but he eventually figured it out! Today, Jase had his head on the floor with his butt in the air and Matthew went up to him and flipped him over into a somersault. He sat there for a second and then smiled and got up and bent over so that his daddy could flip him over again! He also colored all by himself! So cute!
