So much to post...So little time!!!

I know, I am a slacker! I have been lazy with my posts but the past two weeks, I haven't been working any later than I need to and I shut my computer off for the rest of the night!
Jase is getting so big and is starting to talk so much more! We just love it and can't get enough of it.....for now ;)

Jase and I went with Jess, Jason & the twins to Oktoberfest! Jase loved the bounce house and the giant slide! He is so brave!! Thanks for letting us tag along guys!
Jase used the bottle opener to open the milk jug that he got out of the fridge. Then he poured it into his cup. Then he poured it back into the jug. What didn't make it in either, ended up on my counter and the floor. At least it was almost gone so it wasn't too bad :)
I don't remember what we were driving home from but he was tired and was totally stretched out and relaxed, ready to take his nap!
I took Jase to a free Little Gym tumbling class! He LoVeD it! He hung from the bars and walked the balance beam and did somersaults! I wish that all the tumbling places out here weren't so expensive so we could get him into a permanent class. Oh well.
Z for Jasers! I pulled out the Halloween decor and costumes and Jase immediately found this mask and played with it for the next 2 days. He thought it was so cool, especially when we showed him himself in the mirror!

This wasn't a tantrum or him trying to be naughty.....I guess he was just bored! Or he just couldn't decide which book to read, so he had to go through all of them!

The Zoo!

It has been a year since I last took Jase to the Zoo and I figured that I better get moving on it before it got too cold (though Jason was told it's best to go when it's rainy and cloudy outside b/c then more animals are out and about instead of hiding!) so we went on Monday for Labor Day! It was super busy but so much fun! We invited Jason, Rella, Jax & Joss to go with us. Matthew claims that the last time he went to the Zoo was when the elementary school packed his lunch! He had more fun than he will admit ;)
We rode the train first-Jase freaked out! He wasn't so thrilled when we first entered the park and putting him on that train made him mad but once it started moving, he liked it. Once we got to the monkeys, he really started enjoying himself. He thought they were really funny. He didn't care much for the elephant but when we got to the bear, he did his cute little BLAHHHH (his growl that he 'scares' us with)! It was super cute! At one point, I sat in the wagon with Jase and Matthew pulled us both up the big hill to the Giraffe's!! hehe The giraffe's are my favorite Zoo animal and there was the cutest little baby Giraffe just chillin there! Loves it! Then Jase got to ride the carousel. He had the most serious face on and refused to let me hold onto him but as soon as it stopped, he grinned. Rella sat with Jax and Joss just smiled and giggled the whole time! All in all, Jase did really well and we were super impressed with how good all 3 of the kids were. Can't wait to go back!!

Mommy & Jase weekend!

Matthew spent the weekend at Jason's house for his nerdy computer club day and Fantasy Football draft so it was just Jase and I! First of all, I went and got me a pedicure! Thanks Mommy Deary for the b-day certificate! It was fabulous and my toes are the cutest PINK ever! After that, Jase and I wanted to go to the park so we went home and got Harley and drove to the park but one of the play areas was just WAY too packed to have a 2 year old and a dog and the other was reserved. It was disappointing but we instead decided to rent some movies and get Panda Express and then went home and hung out. Boy was he a pill. I think he is transitioning out of naps and only takes them if he feels like it. He won't go down if I try to get him to but I will find him asleep on the couch or on my bed while watching a movie. Hopefully it will be easier to put him to bed since he won't be napping! Anyways! Sunday we went bowling with Oma. Jase took turns with me and he bowled 2 strikes!! He is a such a cutie! He LoVeD it! We will have to get him his own ball sooner or later ;) Love you Bug! Next time, don't make mommy ornery by throwing all your toys out of their bins just b/c you don't wanna nap though, okay?!!
