Family Photoshoot

Can you say favorite photo shoot EVER!!

I am signed up with Deals That Matter. They are one of the many super great deal sites out there that give you discounts on various products. AMB Photography provided a deal one day and I just could not pass it up! We had two photographers, Brent and Mark, meet up with us to take some fabulous photos of our family! I couldn't be more thrilled about the way that they turned out! They were awesome with Jase also! They were all best friends the moment we met! Jase would stand right in front of the camera and start posing-it was the cutest thing ever! That has never happened with any of our photo shoots before! Harley was even being good and smiling for the camera! I loved the colors that we picked out and thought that we all looked super cute! Thanks again Rell for doing my hair and make-up! I love feeling pretty like that! Anyways! Here are some of our super cute pics! I don't even have them all yet! I can't believe that there could be more as cute as these!!

Man I love this little bug!

All Dolled Up

Catch Up!

Okay-so the cord for my phone (which is my camera) still doesn't work but I was able to find my little SD adaptor thingy for the memory card so that I could put it in my computer and finally get my pics!! Whoot whoot! I was super happy about that so now I am updating my blog with a few pics of the past couple of months and am also changing my blog background at the request of several that had a hard time reading it through the cute pink swirlys that I had that NO ONE else had ;) That's okay-I like my new background-it's more simple and more me!!! Watcha think?!

Yep, I have disappeared!

Okay-so my excuse is this-the plug in for my phone (my camera) stopped working all of a sudden so none of the pics I took were loading onto my computer. I'll fix it soon. Also, I had to order a new battery for my laptop so I've been playing on Matthew's computer which sucks.

I have been home for about the last month now and I am LOVING it!! Okay, not having money is totally crappy but being home with my baby is fabulous and having a clean house every day is super! I am still searching for the perfect at home data entry job and know that there IS one out there for me ;)

I've been in much better moods lately and have been getting a ton done! Organizing is pretty much done, items I want to sell in a garage sale one day is done, sewing Halloween costumes for my sis in law and her family is done (don't ask-I won't do it again!) and sewing a bunch of projects for my business is done (I just need to be able to load the pics onto my computer and put them on my site once I get my laptop running again). It feels good to get my 'to do' list checked off more quickly than before. All I did on Sunday was watch Veronica Mars Season 3 and eat! I felt so lazy and like I wasted my day but I didn't have anything on my list that needed to be done right away so I took a day of relaxation!

Matthew is enjoying his new job! He works M-F 7am-3:30pm. He takes the car every day so if I have errands to run, I either have to wait until he comes home or drive him to work in the morning at 6:30 which isn't fun b/c then Jase is awake for the day which means that I have to be too ;) It is a good thing, though, that I don't have the car b/c then I am not tempted to go out and spend money that we don't even have!!!

Rylie Lynn Nielsen

My big bro Jeffrey B and his girlfriend, Jessica, had their baby girl on September 3rd! She is just so dang cute and I love her already! I haven't been able to go down to AZ to meet her yet but if everything works out, she'll be here for xmas so I'm counting down the days!! Congrats Jeff & Jess! Love you guys!

In other news....Matthew was laid off from his job of 9 years. He had been wanting to look for something new for quite some time but had too much loyalty to his boss. Well, work was just too slow for them so they had to let 2 people go and Matthew was one of them. It's all for the best, though! Matthew interviewed for a job at ClearLink which is where our bro in law Jason works. He was hired 2 days later and just started on Monday! He truely likes it and is excited for the opportunities that this company is already promising and delivering! We will have better insurance, he will get paid time off and there is plenty of opportunity for advancement. It is a complete 180 going from being a blue collar electrician to a white collar desk job but you never know, maybe this is what he was meant to work for all along ;)

We are still trying to get prego. It has been over a year and a half now. I went to a new Dr and I really like him. He is having me track certain things and I will go back to him with my charts and we will go from there. I can't go back until about December b/c Matthew's new insurance won't kick in until then. We did get Matthew tested and everything is great on his end so we at least pinpointed who the issue is with. Now, what the issue is, who knows....Hopefully something will just happen in the meantime.

I quit my job! It feels so good! I was not happy when they reduced my salary (everyones salary, actually) and moved us into an office. I was having a hard time being away from my bug everyday. After a month, I was just not used to it and knew that I just couldn't do it anymore. A few days after Matthew found out he got his job, I quit! I am going to search for another at home job and in the meantime, my house is getting majorly organized! In 2 days, I have gone through all of Jase's clothes and gone from 5 bins to 2 big bins. I also went through all my storage bins in our shed and managed to empty 3 bins to sell in a garage sale one day. I have finished organizing and cleaning my craft room (with the exception of the closet which is in not too bad of shape). My sister will be going through the box of stuff I'm going to get rid of from that room and has already requested my services for organizing her pantry sometime this week ;) I have a list of things to do and feel that I am making good progress! Hopefully, I can complete my list before I start a new job. .....hopefully I'll find a new job!

Til then, I am trying to get a good chunk of stuff to sell on my website A Little of This...

Check it out and pass it along!!! I've made some really cute gift sets for some family members to give as baby shower gifts and apparently they were huge hits! I can't wait to make more! If I can get a good inventory going, I may start to sell on etsy. We'll see!

PS. Does anyone know if blogspot has a way for you to make links like if I want different categories for the items I sell? I may need to change to a different site like weebly so my site looks a little more organized if it doesn't have that option!
